jeez louise and all her sisters, could he RAINism some of that in my direction please? welcome to my kingdom where there is always a rainbow on the horizon coz the sun is always shining even when it's RAINing (btw - you'll do know that rain is associated with fertility ... a-hem ...) - oops, i digress, but seriously i would welcome some fertilization from this damn specimen of manhood ... sigh ... ok, ok, a thousand apologies but my mind keeps wondering to thoughts of this wonderous hunka hunka man

but in all seriousness lemme get back to the point - this man is one of the hardest working entertainers in showbiz - i mentioned in one of my earlier posts that you are considered a big kahuna in the entertainment industry if the world knows you by just one name eg madonna, sting, prince, etcetera, etcetera, etcetera, blah, blah, blah, and so on and so forth

but this k-pop idol (dancer, singer, actor, company executive) is known by many names in different parts of the world and yet his name is automatically recognized even if you call him by his english name in non-english speaking countries - now that's some hunka kahunas

in 2006 he was mentioned in Time Magazine's website article that named the 100 Most Influential People Who Shape Our World - in 2007 he topped Time Magazine's online user poll, although he was not in the magazine's actual list - in 2007 he made it into People's list of the Most Beautiful People in the world

he sure does like the variations of his name - his album released in oct 2008 was called "rainism" and his past albums were called "rain's world," "eternal rain" and "it's raining" ....... wot the heck?

stephen colbert even did a funny parody of rain's 'avoiding/escaping the sun' song, which is one of my fave songs
