i have not yet watched it yet coz it's not my cuppa tea, but i'm thinking that it would not be a bad idea to get a hunka hunka dosage of one of my F4ers
... no, not the ones in the show
... i mean "THE REAL F4ers" best friends forever (bff) - on a surprising side note, considering the intense competitiveness in the korean muzik industry and the fact that hyungjoong (boyband called 'ss501' under daesung entertainment) and top (boyband called 'big bang' under yg entertainment) belong to two different companies that are extreme competitors of jaejoong and yoochun's group (boyband called 'dbsk' under sm entertainment) then it's a wonder that these guys are friends (or that they were even allowed to become friends based on some of the rumours that are coming out of that industry) - kudos to them ... (the nn's {nicknames} are my own made up nn's for them)
"THE REAL F4ers"
joong joong (ss501's hyungjoong) currently acting in Boys Before Flowers - he's the second one from the left in the pic above
toppy top (big bang's top)
chunnie chun chun (dbsk's yoochun)
joongie joong joong (dbsk's jaejoong)
ss501's hyungjoong's adventure into acting has been getting great - oops cross that - mixed reviews - but i am a fan of his boy band SS501 so he gets my support - don't listen to the haters hyungjoong - just keep on keeping on
anyhooey ......, to get to my original point ......., while i was thinking about the show i started to think of the flower boys that i like and decided to list them each month - kinda like the concept that that great reading magazine has when it highlights a special person each month and gives them their own person of the month playmate of the month - mmmmmmmmmmmm, delectably tasty morsels of flowerness each month - sigh .........
i've gotta start with my all time fave, the one and only, the most scrumptious one of all, taa dahhhhhhhh ** drum freakin' roll please ** mr joongie aka kim jaejoong of dbsk - lordy - hold me back coz i'm about to have a heart attack - talk about VICK - no, not his pet doggie ...... 'tho he is kinda a cutie too 'coz he reminds of the doggie from the 1N2D's telly show - but i digress as per my usual, what i meant to say is that i always have to recover from visual shock whenever i take a juicy look at jaejoong - oy vey - i've been zipped, zapped and zappedoed 'til my brain is fried like the "this is your brain on drugs" adverts - oh hunka, hunka, mess - wow
hold on folks - i need a minute sheesh ........... still on my minute ............. hold on, hold on, hold matey i'm still recovering ............................... oki docki, i'm back and somewhat recovered - what a darn fine specimen for the inaugural flower of the month - joongie - call me - i need me some ;-)

"Rabbit-Proof Fence is a 2002 Australian drama film based on the book Follow the Rabbit-Proof Fence by Doris Pilkington Garimara. It is a true story concerning the author's mother, as well as two other young mixed-race Aboriginal girls, who ran away from the Moore River Native Settlement, north of Perth, in order to return to their Aboriginal families, after having been placed there in 1931. The film follows the girls as they trek/walk for nine weeks along 1,500 miles (2,400 km) of the Australian rabbit-proof fence to return to their community at Jigalong, while being tracked by a white authority figure and an Aboriginal tracker. The soundtrack, Music from the Rabbit-Proof Fence, is by Peter Gabriel" credit http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rabbit-Proof_Fence_(film)

"The State Barrier Fence of Western Australia, formerly known as the No. 1 Rabbit-proof Fence, the State Vermin Fence and the Emu Fence, is a pest-exclusion fence constructed between 1901 and 1907 to keep rabbits and other agricultural pests out of Western Australian pastoral areas. There are three fences; the original No. 1 Fence, which crosses the state from north to south, the No. 2 Fence which is smaller and further west, and the smaller east-west running No. 3 fence. The fences took six years to build. When completed in 1907, the Rabbit-Proof Fence (including all three fences) stretched 2021 miles (3 253 km)"

by mid-2009 fly to the sky will be 'inactive' ie not disbanding, just indefinitely inactive - bri will be focusing on acting and hollywood movies and fany will be focusing on being a solo artist and releasing his solo albums - sad to see them go (well, ok, they are supposedly not disbanding ...)
"Fly to the Sky (Korean: 플라이 투 더 스카이) is a South Korean R&B duo, consisting of Korean American Brian Joo and South Korean native Fany Hwang.
Initially marketed as a duo that could sing, rap and dance, their early works featured bubblegum pop and upbeat techno music. The duo later changed their image and style with the release of Sea of Love in 2002. With their subsequent albums, the duo solidified their status as R&B artists and are credited as the first R&B duo of South Korea.
The duo was formed in late 1998 by SM Entertainment. Brian Joo auditioned while he was attending Holy Spirit High School in New Jersey. Hwang Yoon-Suk, later to be known as Fany, was encouraged to audition by a staff member working for the label at his high school festival. Fly to the Sky officially debuted on November 21, 1999 at the LOG-IN H.O.T. Concert and SM Festival Concert '99.
Their 2003 studio album Missing You featured more tracks that departed from bubblegum music and emphasized their vocal skills for an image as serious artists. Performing commercially well, the album gave the duo many awards including Bonsang award from SBS Gayo Daejun and Korea Music Awards. This period is remembered for the highly publicized death of their manager, who was also the manager of BoA, another Korean singer. On a show, both members recalled this incident as an emotionally hard time for them. Fany was especially shocked, because he was on the same vehicle with his manager just hours before the incident.
After Fly to the Sky's contract with SM Entertainment expired in November 2004, the duo signed on with PFull Entertainment. The duo stated that they wanted a smaller label that was willing to promote them as musicians and focus less on commercial success. Under this label, Fly to the Sky released their sixth studio album Transition after a year-long hiatus in January 2006. The album became massively successful, selling over 160,000 copies.
The duo's seventh album No Limitations was release on July 4, 2007. Their first television performance to promote the album was on June 29, 2007. Popular tracks that are included in the album are "Oneuldo Eebbeungul," ("오늘도 이쁜걸" Pretty Today Too) "Geuraedo Sarangipnida," ("그래도 사랑입니다" It's still love) and "Gee-uk Han Joom" ("기억 한 줌" Grain of Memory),[20] as well as "My Angel", which peaked at #1 on many on- and offline charts. No Limitations became the duo's first number one album. The band made a comeback releasing an 8th album titled Decennium in 2009. "Goo Sok" (구속 Restriction) is one of the album's popular songs.
Decennium will be Fly to the Sky's final album, the duo said that they will not renew their contracts and go their separate ways and the group will be inactive. On April 15, 2009, Brian and Hwan Hee announced that Fly to the Sky won't disband. Brian will be in a movie in Hollywood and Hwanhee will release a solo album. They will no longer be singing as the popular group Fly to the Sky. Instead, they want to focus on solo activities. But they will still be under the name Fly to the Sky"
